What is your cancellation policy?

What should I bring on my tour?
Each tour has specific recommendations, but generally: towel, swimsuit, biodegradable/reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, and comfortable shoes. We provide all necessary equipment (snorkel gear, life vests, etc.).
Is Cozumel safe for tourists?
Cozumel is one of the safest destinations in Mexico. It is an island separate from the mainland, with a very low crime rate, heavy police presence, and a tourism-driven economy. The US State Department rates it at Level 2 — the same as France, UK, and Italy.
