Overview

These terms govern your use of the Cozumel Cruise Excursions website (cozumelcruiseexcursions.net) and the booking of tours and excursions through our platform. By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Deposits

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation
  • The remaining balance is due on the day of the tour, payable in cash (USD or MXN) at check-in
  • Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from our team
  • Please provide accurate cruise ship details (ship name, arrival time, pier) so we can coordinate pickup timing

NO TOUR, NO FEE Guarantee

Our signature guarantee: if you don't take the tour, you don't pay. This applies when:

  • Your cruise ship does not dock in Cozumel
  • Your port of call changes
  • Your ship arrives too late for the tour to operate safely
  • We cancel the tour due to weather or safety conditions

In all of the above cases, your deposit is refunded in full — no questions asked.

Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours before tour: Full deposit refund
  • 24–48 hours before tour: 50% deposit refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund (unless covered by our NO TOUR, NO FEE guarantee)
  • No-shows: No refund

To cancel, contact us by email or WhatsApp with your booking confirmation number.

Back to Cruise & Ferry Guarantee

We guarantee you will be back to the cruise port or ferry terminal in time. If, due to our error, you miss your ship or ferry, we will arrange and cover transportation to your next port of call.

Safety & Liability

  • All guests must sign a digital waiver before participating in any tour
  • Guests must follow all safety instructions from tour guides
  • Cozumel Cruise Excursions is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves in a way that endangers other guests
  • Guests with medical conditions should inform us at the time of booking
  • Life jackets are provided and required on all water-based tours

Weather Policy

Tours operate rain or shine. In the event of severe weather (tropical storms, hurricanes, or unsafe sea conditions), we will cancel or reschedule the tour and offer a full refund of your deposit.

Pricing

  • All prices on our website are in US Dollars (USD)
  • Prices are per person unless otherwise stated on the tour page
  • Children's pricing (where available) applies to ages 4–11
  • Children under 4 are free on most tours
  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; your confirmed booking price is locked in
