“Best tour we have been on in 16 years of coming to Cozumel! Brandon was the best tour guide and stopped at a few stops we wanted to Hit up real quick. Cenote was beautiful! Even got to jump in! The ATVs were fun and took up about an hour of the day. It was amazing he came and got us from the hotel and dropped us off at the hotel too! Loved it was private and we weren’t cattle gated like all the other excursion’s ! We will definitely book again next time! Thanks for a memorable experience!”

“Disappointing Dune Buggy Tour in Cozumel 1/5 stars We booked the Dune Buggy Tour in Cozumel because it promised dune buggy driving, guided snorkeling, lunch, and drinks. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. The guided snorkeling, which was clearly included in the package, was never offered. No one mentioned it, and we had to figure it out ourselves or skip it. This was one of the main reasons we chose this tour. The lunch was also very disappointing. The food was poor in quality and taste. It was nothing like the nice Mexican meal we expected. Drinks were included, but that was the only thing that was okay. The service was disorganized and unprofessional. We asked the guide to contact their office, but they said they have no local office in Cozumel — it is in Miami. They asked us to pay the remaining balance in the middle of the road, which felt very unprofessional. When we complained about the food, the man who said he was the restaurant owner told us, “This is Mexican food — you just don’t know about it.” The phone number listed on their website is not a real phone number. It is only a WhatsApp number for messages. What should have been a fun day turned into a frustrating one. The dune buggy ride had some potential, but the missing guided snorkeling and bad food ruined the experience. I have seen many positive reviews on their site and booking platforms, but after this experience, I doubt they are real. We will not recommend this tour to anyone. I suggest others double-check exactly what is included and make sure the company actually delivers it before booking any excursion in Cozumel. Save your time and money for a better operator”

“This tour was fantastic! Gabriel, our driver, was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and did a stellar job showing us around and telling us about the island, people & culture. We saw a short cultural show, chocolate, honey, tequila and taco tasting, got to hold a parrot and iguana (pics cost extra), stopped at a beach with shopping, went to punta sur eco park with crocs & lighthouse and finished off at virgin beach club, a small and almost deserted for an authentic lunch, snorkeling and free time. They supplied water and beer in a cooler which was a nice touch. This tour is great because you can do and see whatever you like in the timeframe as they are very flexible but the suggested tour was diverse and really good as it was. Can’t say enough good things about guide Gabriel! It was like driving around with a new friend. And you get as much private time away from guide as you like. My only criticism was the snorkelling part provided by a different guide/ contractor. He didn’t explain much before we started and the flippers were super short and bent making them pretty useless - was hard to keep up with him in the water but seeing a sea turtle was amazing! And the photos vids he took were great but expensive for what they were. Highly recommend this tour and the company did a great job with communications as well! Would definitely book another tour with them again. 😊💕🙌”

“This was the best excursion of our two week vacation. The captain and our guide were wonderful! We made three stops, two to fabulous snorkel spots where our guide took us to see so many beautiful fish, coral reefs, stingrays and turtles! Our last stop was to a sandbar in the stunningly beautiful blue water. We were served a delicious lunch, made fresh onboard the boat by our captain. We were served, pico de gallo, guacamole, tortilla chips and fresh cut pineapple. All the while we were spending our time enjoying the shallow, warm water while watching stingrays and fish swim around our feet! It was amazing! If you are ever in Cozumel this is a must do trip! We will definitely do it again.”

“We were on the Disney Fantasy — best port day of the whole cruise. If you want to feel like a celebrity on a private island, book this immediately. The all-inclusive buffet was surprisingly great. Grilled fish, ceviche, rice, salads, and unlimited cocktails. The island staff was incredible. Friendly, attentive, and the bartender made killer mojitos. This alone was worth the cruise fare.”

“Our group of six booked this and we had the best day. Everyone was raving about it. We watched the waves crash at El Mirador while sipping margaritas. Instagram-worthy doesn't even begin to describe it. Each bar stop had its own personality. From a beach club with snorkeling to an oceanfront cantina with the best views. Driver was safe and entertaining — told us local stories between each stop. This alone was worth the cruise fare.”

“We took the Holland America Nieuw Amsterdam for our 25th anniversary. If you want adventure and not just another beach day, do this tour. The tequila factory tour was entertaining and the tastings were generous. Everyone was in a great mood after.”

“My family and I had the most magical morning on the water. El Cielo was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. Waist-deep turquoise water, starfish everywhere, fresh guacamole on the boat. Only complaint is I wish it lasted longer! Four hours flies by. Five stars isn't enough. Would give six if I could.”

“Best dinner experience of our entire vacation and we ate at some nice restaurants. The lobster dinner was legit — not some tiny tail. Huge, perfectly cooked, with all the fixings. Gets a bit loud during the show — sit toward the back if you want a quieter dinner. Don't overthink it — just book.”

“My boyfriend and I are adrenaline junkies and this delivered. Plus the ruins were a cool bonus. Stopped at a hidden beach on the east coast after the ruins. Empty white sand, turquoise waves. The RZR tears through the jungle trails. It's like a real off-road vehicle, not a golf cart. Lead guide set a great pace — fast enough to be thrilling but safe for all skill levels. Just me — solo cruise traveler agreed this was the best part of our trip. This alone was worth the cruise fare.”

“Sailed over on the MSC Divina. We did the dune buggy on our first port day and then spent the rest of the cruise wishing we could do it again. The tequila factory tour was entertaining and the tastings were generous. Everyone was in a great mood after. Shore snorkeling was a nice surprise. We saw colorful fish right from the beach — no boat needed. He stopped at all the best photo spots and knew every hidden viewpoint along the coast. A group of 8 from our cruise are already planning to book this again.”

“If you only do one thing in Cozumel, make it this snorkel tour. We saw sea turtles at every single reef stop. The water clarity was unreal — you could see 80+ feet down. The guides were patient with the beginners in our group and still managed to show the experienced snorkelers the best spots. Five stars isn't enough. Would give six if I could.”

“This was the most relaxing, beautiful day of our entire vacation. The sandbar at El Cielo is surreal. Standing in waist-deep perfectly clear water with starfish below your feet. The captain anchored in the perfect spot every time. You could tell he's been doing this for years. The wind picked up a bit in the afternoon which made the water slightly choppy on the ride back.”
