“Worst experience ever. They canceled our excursion due to water conditions and still haven’t refunded the deposit after a month. Never communicated the cancellation and stopped responding to emails. Don’t book with this company!!! They will steal your money. This was in Cozumel in March 2026.”

“Horrible company! I had an extremely frustrating experience with Cozumel Cruise Excursions and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with them. They cancelled my snorkeling tour at the last minute with no real explanation, completely disrupting my plans. What makes it even worse is that it has now been over a month, and I still have not received a refund. Communication has been poor to nonexistent. I’ve had to chase them repeatedly, and I’m still left without my money. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when you’re dealing with travelers who are on tight schedules and trusting a company to deliver what they promise. Cancelations can happen, but failing to refund customers in a timely manner is completely unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and frustration, do not book with this company.”

“This was the best excursion of our two week vacation. The captain and our guide were wonderful! We made three stops, two to fabulous snorkel spots where our guide took us to see so many beautiful fish, coral reefs, stingrays and turtles! Our last stop was to a sandbar in the stunningly beautiful blue water. We were served a delicious lunch, made fresh onboard the boat by our captain. We were served, pico de gallo, guacamole, tortilla chips and fresh cut pineapple. All the while we were spending our time enjoying the shallow, warm water while watching stingrays and fish swim around our feet! It was amazing! If you are ever in Cozumel this is a must do trip! We will definitely do it again.”

“We were on the Disney Fantasy — best port day of the whole cruise. If you want to feel like a celebrity on a private island, book this immediately. The all-inclusive buffet was surprisingly great. Grilled fish, ceviche, rice, salads, and unlimited cocktails. The island staff was incredible. Friendly, attentive, and the bartender made killer mojitos. This alone was worth the cruise fare.”

Instagram-worthy doesn't even begin to describe it. Each bar stop had its own personality. From a beach club with snorkeling to an oceanfront cantina with the best views. The RZR tears through the jungle trails. It's like a real off-road vehicle, not a golf cart. Lead guide set a great pace — fast enough to be thrilling but safe for all skill levels. Just me — solo cruise traveler agreed this was the best part of our trip. This alone was worth the cruise fare.”

We saw colorful fish right from the beach — no boat needed. He stopped at all the best photo spots and knew every hidden viewpoint along the coast. A group of 8 from our cruise are already planning to book this again.”

“If you only do one thing in Cozumel, make it this snorkel tour. We saw sea turtles at every single reef stop. The water clarity was unreal — you could see 80+ feet down.
