How is the deposit refunded?
Refunds go back to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal) within 3-5 business days. If your ship is rerouted, the refund is processed automatically — you don't need to contact us.
Is there a cancellation deadline?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour for a guaranteed full refund. For same-day cancellations, we still refund your deposit in most cases — we're a family business, not a corporation.
What if weather cancels the tour?
If we cancel the tour due to weather (rare — Cozumel has 300+ sunny days per year), you get a full refund or can reschedule to another date at no charge.
