Tips for Cruise Passengers
Make the most of your time in Cozumel with these helpful tips from our team.
Book 30 Minutes After Docking
We recommend scheduling your tour 30 minutes after your ship's official docking time. This gives you time to disembark, clear the terminal, and meet your guide stress-free.
We Never Let You Miss Your Ship
Our Back to Cruise & Ferry Guarantee means we track your ship's departure time and always get you back with time to spare. In nearly 30 years, we've never had a guest miss their ship.
Book in Advance
Popular tours fill up fast, especially on peak days with 8+ ships in port. Reserve your spot at least a week ahead to guarantee your preferred tour and time slot.
Tender vs. Pier Docking
Most ships dock directly at Cozumel's three cruise piers. On rare occasions, ships may tender (use small boats). We pick up from all piers and adjust for tender delays.
Peak Season: November - April
Cozumel's busiest cruise months are November through April. During peak season, up to 13+ ships may visit on a single day. Early booking is essential.
Luxury Lines Stay Longer
Silversea, Oceania, and Regent often stay 14-16 hours, sometimes overnight. This gives luxury passengers time for evening tours, sunset cruises, and dinner excursions.
Don't Worry About Your Ship Schedule
Cruise schedules are approximate and subject to change based on weather, port conditions, and cruise line decisions. We recommend confirming your ship's schedule with your cruise line before booking. Our team monitors all arrivals daily and will contact you if any schedule changes affect your tour.
